Here are the requirements &
expectations for a Kanepono performances. It is the responsibility of the hiring party to ensure that these requirements
are met.
AC power must be located within 10 feet of
the performance area. We will provide the AC power cords for the performance.
A space of at least 20 feet by 10 feet
should be available for the band.
Outdoor performances require a tent or
suitable cover to protect the band equipment from rain damage.
If the band is hired for 2 hours, it
is the expectation that the performance would be continuous for that duration. A
break in the performance of 30 minutes or more could result in additional
charges.
A deposit is required to secure the band for the
performance. The balance shall be paid in full upon completion
of the performance.
Use of the band's sound system by other
members are allowed, however with prior notification. (Additional Fees may be required).
